Slide viewer and annotation tool
What is the viewer?
This is a demonstration of our slide viewer and annotation tool.
It is used to veiw WSI (whole slide images) and is based on OpenSeadragon.
What is the annotation?
You can annotate different cells in a region of the slide.
Within the viewer there is a selection option that let the user mark a region that will be annotated.
The annotation is based on our HoverNet based model. (

What are the limitations
The viewer is running on Azure, and since storage is fairly expensive, there is only 1 slide available.
The annotation tool takes a fair amount of time based on the image size. Any image larger than 1000 pixels will takes minutes to process.
How to use?
Pressing the selection button:
will enable you to mark a region of the slide.
